The present product is mainly made of new high performance damping materials and appropriate amounts of other reinforcing materials,damping anticorrosive material, fire retardant and other waterborne auxiliaries. This coating can be applied on the surfaces of interior walls, floor plates,ceilings, extermal walls and roofs, netal rooftops, and other base material, for the purpose of sound insulation and shock absorption. This envirormenta1ly friendly aterborne product has good weather resistance and adhesion. Its noise reduction coefficient is comparable to that of acoustic cotton (of the same thickness)，and can basically satisfy the requirements of sound insulation,thermal insulation. With great adhesion, it can also be applied directly to the surfaces of base material and other nany composite materials.
